Medical Weight Loss Empowerment Program
Cost varies per person on an ongoing basis. The first month of the plan is $350 which includes: Intake Assessment, Inbody Scan, Labs, Measurements, Vitals, Lab Review and Plan development Visit with our Nurse Practitioner.

Our InBody scanner helps us measure success in ways beyond the scale. Every 2 months we do a scan to see how your visceral fat, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, BMI, body fat percentages, fluid balances and cellular heath are doing. The scale no longer has to define your success when you work with us.
We also incorporate physical movement and nutrition training. Our Weight Loss Empowerment Program participants get limited free personal training sessions and access to a discounted nutrition program lead by a registered dietitian. This nutrition program focuses on not only general nutrition for healthy living and disease prevention, but also weight loss nutrition, specifically for people utilizing weight loss medications. Start by becoming a member. That $50 will become your basic primary care. Then, you can add on a hormone management tier for $25 per month. So, for $75 per month all your office visits and management are covered! Once we decide what hormones you need, we will know what those prescriptions will cost.

What is all included in the weight loss program?
We will set you up with the prescriptions you need. Many are choosing to use the GLP-1s such as Semaglutide and Tirzeptatide. Oral options available that include Bupropion, Naltrexone, Metformin, and B12. We hold you accountable by meeting with you monthly. Your first month includes a 21 day kick off cleanse. The cleanse uses whole foods and health behaviors to detox the body and get it ready for weight loss. In addition, month one includes labs, a nurse visit and a visit with Jamie, our NP. You get ongoing support from a dietician and free personalized training sessions. We make this a whole package, not just a “take your meds and run” program. Month 1 of the program is $350. The rest of the months depend on the medication and dose you are using.
What are peptides?
Peptides are building blocks of amino acids, and amio acids build proteins. We are currently offering Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Sermorlin and NAD +. NAD+ and Sermorlin are two peptides that offer significant health benefits in energy, muscle building, mental clarity, and antiaging. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide offer not only weight loss support, but also support with inflammation, joint pain, overthinking, and quitting undesired habits such as drinking soda or alcohol.
Do you offer HRT or BHRT?
Yes, we are trained to manage both male and female hormones. We believe these things should be part of a primary healthcare plan which is why we offer them to our members. It is easy to become a member. We do a comprehensive history, labs, and a physical exam prior to starting treatment. We manage things ongoing to keep you feeling as vibrant as possible.
How often should I get an IV infusion?
As often as you want, up to weekly! Our wellness IVs keep you feeling energized, clean, and capable of fighting the demands of the world. Many people schedule them monthly. Some call to schedule when they feel the effects wearing off. There is no “right way” it is truly however often you want! No need to be a member for this service! Just call, come and enjoy taking care of yourself.
What do I do if my insurance won’t cover weight loss meds like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
No problem here! We don’t bill insurance companies. We also get our products from our trusted partners at compounding pharmacies. Don’t worry, we are not taking any products away from diabetics. That isn’t even a thing! We are proudly stocking up on GLP-1s and ready to help you gain access to the most valuable supplement in weight loss ever created at a dose that is JUST right for you.
What if I have side effects to treatments I choose?
As part of your wellness package you are signing up for ongoing care! Our weight loss, hormone and peptide packages all include office visits, phone calls, and all the support you need. After you get an IV infusion our team checks in on you the next day to see how you are doing. We are also very easy to reach by just calling if you need something.
Which IV infusion do I pick?

Do these wellness injections hurt?
Some of our weight loss meds and peptides do require injections. Most of these injections are given just under the skin. It is called subcutaneous injections. You will use an insulin needle which is the tiniest needle in healthcare! It is so painless! Do NOT let the needles deter you from better health!
