Your membership includes primary care services, physicals (annual, DOT, well child, sport/camp physical and pre operative) with no additional fees. You'll get care year round, with follow up visits for chronic conditions and acute care visits for those unpredictable illnesses and injuries.
We offer same or next day appointments if you're sick or hurt. It's like urgent care, but better because these visits are also included in your membership.
Plus, enjoy after hour texting for urgent needs when we're closed, and wholesale prices on your prescriptions through our onsite pharmacy.
You'll also have access to member pricing an all of our other services.

Do I have to be a member to be seen here?

Can I add hormone management later if I start with basic membership?
Yes, you can upgrade from Basic Membership ($55/mo) to the Basic Membership with Hormone Management tier ($80/mo) any time.
What happens after I join?
Once you enroll as a member and create your patient chart in our system, call the clinic to schedule your establish care visit. That visit is where we get to know you and your health history, and start the next chapter of your health journey.
Does each family member need a separate membership?
Yes, each family member will need their own membership. This lets each person get their own annual physical, labs, and care plan tailored to them.
Can you refer me to a specialist if needed?
Yes! We are very blessed that the local hospitals and clinics welcome our referrals.

Is membership the same as health insurance?
