Can I add hormone management later if I start with basic membership?
Yes, you can upgrade from Basic Membership (starting at $55/mo) to the Basic Membership with Hormone Management tier (+$25/mo) any time.
What happens after I join?
Once you enroll as a member and create your patient chart in our system, call the clinic to schedule your establish care visit. That visit is where we get to know you and your health history, and start the next chapter of your health journey.
Does each family member need a separate membership?
Yes, each family member will need their own membership. This lets each person get their own annual physical, labs, and care plan tailored to them.
Can you refer me to a specialist if needed?
Yes! We are very blessed that the local hospitals and clinics welcome our referrals.

We're located in Barron, WI, with a second location coming soon in Roberts, WI.
Is membership the same as health insurance?
No, membership is not insurance. It's a direct care model that gives you access to your primary care provider for a flat monthly fee, without going through insurance for your visits. Our clinic works great with high deductible health plans and health share plans as well, so many members pair their membership with one of those for coverage on things like emergencies, hospital stays, or specialist care.
What if I need to be seen right away?

Jamie, based in our Barron location, has been a Nurse since 2005 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. Her passion for helping people feel better started while working in the ER and has grown into the wellness approach she uses today. Helping clients believe health change is possible is her superpower, and she pours creativity into every health plan she builds.
Katie, based in our Roberts location, has been a physician assistant since December 2018, with roots as a health coach and assistant manager in a wellness center since 2009. Fitness was always apart of her life growing up, and throughout her schooling she knew she wanted to help people become the best version of themselves.
Together, we know health looks different for every person and change doesn't happen overnight. We're your biggest cheerleaders for making one small change at a time, because consistency is key.
