I am a primary care provider (PCP). As a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner I care for people ages 3 months and up. You’ll love having such easy access to your PCP . My clients always tell me they love the no pressure physicals, quick convenient sick and hurt visits, and access to after hours care through direct provider texting.
I learned quickly in my career that prevention is key. I love talking with my patients about how to avoid medical complications, improve them if early signs are developing, and reverse them if the motivation for change is there. No medical diagnosis should be a life sentence. I work hard to inspire a healthy way of living. I absolutely use prescriptions when needed but really strive for planting seeds of wellness with each visit.

Investment
Your primary care provider is the healthcare partner who shares responsibility for your health. As your primary care provider, we will do your annual physical, draw and interpret your annual fasting labs, consider age and gender appropriate cancer screenings, and prescribe necessary medications. You will also get care year round with follow up visits needed for chronic conditions, and acute care visits for those unpredictable illnesses and injuries. You will also enjoy after hour texting for urgent needs when we are closed. Don’t forget to use our onsite pharmacy for wholesale prices on your prescriptions.
No insurance? No problem. Our direct care model offers great accessibility and care without complicated insurance structures. We do a monthly membership model. You pay your monthly membership fee and never pay for an office visit again. Our clinic works great with high deductible health plans and health share plans as well!

Like urgent care, but better. We do a great job when you are sick or hurt. Our members never have to pay an office visit fee. However if you are sick or hurt, and want to experience the difference in care at SSCC you can use our clinic for a 1x visit. These visits are meant for things like sinus infections, UTIs, strep throat etc.
When you arrive we will get your vitals, assess you, make a diagnosis and a treatment plan that you understand. The differences you will feel are; no phone prompts upon scheduling, no unwelcoming check in process, no awkward lobby waiting, and no outrageous bill! Your experience will seem so timely and simple you will wonder why it has to be so hard in other places.
Acute Care Visits
Lab prices vary but some of the most common things like cholesterol and A1C are both $25. There is a $45 lab processing fee as well.

Are you tired of big system lab prices? Because we have a small team, a small facility, and serve our small little towns, we don’t need to up-mark our labs 300%. We have a menu of labs you can come in and pick from. We draw your labs, we get you the results, and you are responsible for them or you can bring them to your provider at your next visit. Or, maybe your provider has told you what labs to have done! Easier yet, just come in and check the boxes to get them done. We believe people should be able to afford to know what is going on in their body. Our Self Directed Labs program allows just that.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take my insurance?
No, insurance is unnecessarily complicated when it comes to primary care and prevention and wellness services. Would you use your insurance to put gas in your car? NO! So, we have you pay cash, check or card for your primary care. You can use your high deductible insurance plan or health share plan when you need care outside of our clinic for imaging, specialists, or catastrophic events. We just keep is simple here.
Doesn’t giving your patients your cell phone number cause a burden?
No. I believe in relationship based care. That means that I will be there for my patients when they need me. It also means that they won’t necessarily text me after hours for things that can wait until the next business day. If the after hours texting that is designed for urgent needs becomes a burden to my family then I won’t be able to do it. But as for now, my patients respect me, and I them.
Is there a contract?
You will sign an acknowledgement form for our terms and conditions. In our terms and conditions it states that you are signing on for a year. That automatically renews unless there is a 30 day written notice. You can disenroll prior to a year, however if you decide to do that, then you cannot re-enroll for another year. We plan to be here for you for a long time and we want to build relationships with our patients. Patients coming and going doesn’t support that priority.
Can we order testing outside of our clinic?
Yes! If our patients need imaging or referrals we can sure do that! If our patients then want to use their insurance or health share plans they can! When I order things like imaging to outside facilities I get a report back and we make a plan of care together.
Can you refer me to a specialist if needed?
Yes! We are very blessed that the local hospitals and clinics welcome our referrals.
What all do you do at your clinic?
We are a primary care clinic. So, anything that you would normally go to your regular doctor or provider for we do here. You can see a full list of our services on our website. For starters, we do annual physicals, follow chronic illness such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid dysfunction, obesity, and more. We also do acute care visits (urgent care) during office hours. We also offer wellness and integrative therapies you can also find out more about on the website.
Are you open to the public?
Yes we are! We do have several contracts with small businesses. Those businesses pay us to provide exceptional care to their employees. However, we also have self-pay patients. That is part of the appeal for us. We love the variety in what we do!
